You will be receiving your MetLife Dental ID card soon. In the meantime, you do not need to have your ID card to receive care!
If you need to go to the Dentist and access care and have not yet received your MetLife Dental PPO ID cards, all you need to do is advise the provider your Dental coverage is now with MetLife under the DALRC RETIREE BENEFITS TRUST and give the provider your social security number. The DALRC customer Number is 139090. They will use that information to verify coverage with MetLife.
If you have questions, please call MetLife at 1-800-942-0854 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST.
Please make sure you identify yourself as being enrolled in the DALRC RETIREE DENTAL PLAN FOR THOSE 65 AND OVER.
Thank you for your patience as we make every effort to get your cards to you soon!
You will be receiving a call from our new Prescription Drug Provider.
With our permission, Medco, your new DALRC Retiree Benefit Trust Prescription Drug plan provider for 2009, will be contacting you during the month of December to welcome you to the plan and to explain how they can help you to maximize the use of your prescription drug benefit.
As part of the welcome call, one of the services offered by Medco is a review of your prescription history to make certain you're aware of opportunities to save money on your medications. By taking advantage of potential long-term medication savings and lower-cost generic medications, you will be able to get the greatest value from your prescription drug benefit.
Please be assured that the welcome call you'll receive from Medco is coming from a trusted source.

Effective January 1, 2009, CCRx will no longer be the prescription drug provider for the DALRC Retiree Benefit Plan. Medco Medicare Prescription Plan® has been chosen to be the new provider of the Medicare Part D prescription drug benefit. Details regarding this change will be included in your annual enrollment packet, which will be mailed in October. Click here to view a copy of the Medco 2009 formulary guide. Click here to view information regarding the Medco generic program.
On October 6, 2008 the packets for the 2009 Annual Enrollment period were mailed. You should expect to receive your packet in the next 7-10 business days.
Please be advised that for 2009 the deductible on the medical plan has decreased from $500 to $300. The out of pocket increased from $1,000 to $1,500. There is a misprint in the brochure showing an out of pocket of $500. Again, this is incorrect - the out of pocket is $1,500.
