Effective January 1, 2009, CCRx will no longer be the prescription drug provider for the DALRC Retiree Benefit Plan. Medco Medicare Prescription Plan® has been chosen to be the new provider of the Medicare Part D prescription drug benefit. Details regarding this change will be included in your annual enrollment packet, which will be mailed in October. Click here to view a copy of the Medco 2009 formulary guide. On October 6, 2008 the packets for the 2009 Annual Enrollment period were mailed. You should expect to receive your packet in the next 7-10 business days.
Please be advised that for 2009 the deductible on the medical plan has decreased from $500 to $300. The out of pocket increased from $1,000 to $1,500. There is a misprint in the brochure showing an out of pocket of $500. Again, this is incorrect - the out of pocket is $1,500.
